Can repairs and painting be on the same quote?

That is the whole point. One crew handles the drywall, wood, and trim work and then paints it, so nothing gets lost between two contractors and there is exactly one person responsible for the final result.

Do you repair wood rot or just paint over it?

We never paint over rot. Painted-over rot keeps rotting under the film and takes the new paint with it. Damaged wood gets cut out, replaced, and primed before finish coats go anywhere near it.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Merner's Painting & Decorating is fully licensed and insured, and repair work is covered by the same 1-year guaranteed workmanship warranty as our painting.
