100% acrylic exterior paints built for Gulf Coast humidity and UV, applied at the right film thickness.
Minor wood repair
Rotted trim and damaged boards repaired or replaced through our contracting service before paint goes on.
How the job runs
Our process
- 01
Wash
The whole exterior pressure-washed to strip mildew, chalk, and dirt, then allowed to dry fully.
- 02
Prep
Scrape, sand, caulk, and repair. Bare wood and patched areas get spot-primed. This is where an exterior job is won or lost.
- 03
Paint
Two coats of weather-rated exterior paint, sprayed and back-rolled or brushed where the surface calls for it.
- 04
Walkthrough
We walk the full perimeter with you in daylight and touch up anything that needs it before final payment.
